Are we shorting it to be able to buy the company for pennies, or just naked shorts but naked shorts have to buy back in order to get out I believe??
In any case I know everything is allowed in the Canadian markets, not for the retailer though! Try a cross trade and you will receive a phone call within 5 min.  :)
