ORTH says in latest NR 
  • Select US investment bankers and pursue a listing on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange in the second half of the 2021 year.
ORTH will need to move the price up over $ 2 USD/share and have atleast a market breadth of 200 shareholders to even have a chance to getting on the NASDAQ
