More lies from the King of Lies, Mr.AMG7.   Management has not sold majority of their shares.  CEO Daniel Cohen converted his debentures, which elimates high interest debt for company.  After conversion, he still has 10 million shares that he paid for.  The shares that he did sell were paid to him instead of cash for his salary.  He had no salary between Nov.2019
