I sold 50% of my buzz shares at $0.10 and at $0.095, and 10% of them at $.09.  My ACB per share is $.098. Between 3 orders i booked a small loss. This loss was insignificant compared to gains i made on my first 3 round trips with this stock (I started buying at $0.025)  The reason I sold 60% of my position was to derisk, free up cash, and because of uncertainty of this deal, combined with fact that there is still no movement with the website or smart store plan.  This acquisition might prove to be wonderful but I can't find any information on them, and I have no idea what they are worth etc.

It looked to me, based on the price action that this stock was going to move lower than $.10.  Which is an additional reason why I sold because I can buy back in at a lower price.   So far , for today at least, that has been a correct decision.  It is possible that I wind up regretting selling but as I said, I chose to derisk and take some money off the table.  I still

Where did I say that this announcement was good news?  I think you are confusing me with someone else.   This deal might be really good news, but I'm not really sure.   I was hoping for news in regards to the online website, the smart stores etc.  That is why I got into this stock, was for a shroom play.  When they pivot like they did today that changes

You don't like uncertainty which is fair enough.  When I and several others had uncertainties it was bashing.   Remember when I mentioned that one of my concerns was adding more shares to the float... that was also called bashing yet this is exactly what they did.   Now that you derisked you have concerns. I don't have issue with them adding more shares to make acquisitions.  That is one of the points that we disagree on.   I just don't know about the mertis of this acquisition, as I have no idea what this japanese company is, what they are actually worth,  or what it has to do with shrooms.  This could prove to be a great deal but I don't know.  The market

If you don't know how can you say adding shares is not a bad thing?  The company issued 75 million shares on top of an already bloated float.  Maybe the company is worth half of what they paid which would be dilution.  If you don't know you simply don't know.  What I know is Booth was instrumental in over paying and diluting with Acb and he's advising buzz

Can you not see that we are not going to agree on whether issuing new shares to make an acquisition is a good thing or not.  And we don't need to agree.  But this acquision is very much new information in regards to the type of acquisition, and with new information one can make new decisions.  And I don't call selling part of my position at a loss from $.09 to $.10 "

this is typical pumper behaviour that happens on almost all  boards. Pump the stock while discounting others opinions , all the while selling their positions because of their own fears. At least you were open and honest about your sell as most aren't.
