Yeah I'm assuming it is private company but hard to tell everything in Japan is so opaque.  I think the larger purpose of this acquisition will become apparent as i don't think Cohen or Booth are dummies.  For all we know this is a screaming good deal that will vault Pharmadrug past what we even expected from their shroom and germany MJ business.  Cohen has a lot of capital
