Markets beat to their own drum. The IPO is part of 49% owner PharmaTher (PHRM) Investor Presentation. It's stated to occur Q-4 this year and also states under their financing agreement can acquire

I Agree, possibility for sure..I also believe shortly some cash will come in with the purchase of more share of subsidiary Sairiyo by PharmaTher as per their financing agreement. Then a  IPO

Seen it a thousand times:  I would expect that the underlying financiars will commence a runup in the stock in the not too distant future to an acceptable level to initiate a P.P.

Yes  I'm familiar with RVV and it's trading activity. By the way, the CEO of PharmaTher the 49 % partner was the past founder and CEO of RVV. Interesting you mentioned this company RVV as

Surprised some would sell their shares @ 2 1/2c down 60% from recent high but also not surprised as this is now showing a very normal chart pattern before a new run.
