Warrants trading at a 50% discount!!!

This happens once in awhile. Was able to make a lot of money before when the same thing happened with brag gaming.  Warrants just went live yesterday so it usually takes a few days for the market to adjust. Anyways the warrants allow you to buy shares at 3.5 a share. Currently the stock is trading at 6 which would value e warrants at 2.5 fair value...but they are only trading at 1.63whoch is a 50% discount to their actual value!! Just though I should let you guys know. Cheers

that premium you pay to buy the rights of is only for 1/2 of a warrant and you need 2 of them to buy one share for 7 bucks. If you are shorting I guess it is cheap insurance. And if you are selling them you are hoping this lasts long time

Wrong.     2 warrants + $3.50 gets you 1 PKK sh.    2 x $1.75 +$3.50 / $6.00 = 16% premium.

You're right.  2 x 1.75 + 7.00 / $6.00 => 46% premium

Correction. Warrants trading at 75% premium.
