PKK is taking the hit while the real issue here is that the NAS allowed trading before PKK was fully vetted.

Not so. Management should be strong and experienced enough to have predicted this could and would occur. Let's be here neat about it. It's a fk up by all parties. This isn't the first time a cnd company has uplisted to the Nasdaq. This was a botched process and now shareholders will pay the price for mama gents stupidity and lack of knowledge/advise.

Especially new shareholders in the U.S. who were only allowed to buy shares after the uplisting and now all they can do is watch it go down without the ability to sell. What a Royal F--K UP by all parties and no communication from Peak to Cdn shareholders. Dead silence.......!

PKK applied to NASDAQ before the DIDI fiasco and then the China crack down. Once rev is generated outside of China then these prices will not be seen again.

Like I said before, what's the rush to list on Nasdaq? Bozo move by mgmt to try and list before the 40-F was effective.

The up listing of a stock to the NAS is not done in a vacuum. The NAS has account managers who coordinate with the internal NAS teams to guide corporations through the process. They are responsible for ensuring that the documentation is correct prior to approving the listing and trading. The NAS made the error when it gave the go ahead to list and trade.
