I feel sick to look at the list. Hope TENET will receive the OK for NASDAQ this week. GLTA

Scumbag lawyers are saying that Tenet failed to disclose pertinent details on acquistions, partnerships, joint ventures, etc. and that misled investors. But the omitted details were provided by the short seller and are factually incorrect and were refuted in the Tenet rebuttal. No case.

The fact that there are no consequences for engaging in such clear market manipulation is disgusting.  Maybe we need to file a class action lawsuit against these slimeball ambulance chasing, grizzly markey manipulators! It would be hilarious if something like that could crush these goofballs, but yea back to reality now....... lol

also, did anyone who bought shares between Sept 2 and Oct 13 sell their shares and create a loss (damages) or are they still holding them because Nasdaq delisting was temporary?

Or maybe ambulance chassers manipulate the stock price lower to create loss for possible futur clients and then getting a better part of the possible $ from lawsuites...
