JJ CEO interview for Tenet - What gives?

"If we can resolve the SEC situation in the next 30-60 days; we should be fine... this is a guesstimate, don't quote me on this..." - Johnson Joseph CEO Tenet Fintech, January 10, 2022 https://youtu.be/lUcB3gvoCMY?t=2035

How much longer to shareholders need to wait for these SEC issues to be resolved?? Can anyone quantify the risks for these delays? The stock is down 70% -- enough is enough, no?

I'd say get over it,  the uplist was a bust, time to move on. A US big board listing will come when  it comes.  What we need is growth and earnings,  show me da money.

Soooo correct Nakate, Nasdaq is becoming irrelevant imo, go for the TSE and Shanghai. We don't need the Nasdaq

This is precisely why I have stated that SEC won't even look at Peak until earnings release, where accounting is done to the higher standard (from SECs point of view). The sec does not care if the company wins or loses just that it meets current Usa listing standards, in a free market economy the success or failure of an enterprise is of little concern to the regulators,

Why not simply show your perspective. Explain why you think SEC takes so long. Explain why it is not a bad thing that company didnt manage to issue earnings before march 31. Explain how it is possible that in September they say North America business will start in October, and we are now in April following year, still no business in NA and no timing on it. Then new people can make up their own ...more

I don't have a problem with your argument Roatan, and I too have misgivings of those who would say the SEC should be dismissed as irrelevant. It may not be of supreme importance to a company that trades in a part of the world where the Shanghia is regarded more highly than it is this side of the world, but it is a standard bearer for a lot of investors and failure to get their seal of approval ...more

This SEC issue is serious - I would think that shareholders and potential new investors are rightfully concerned why this issue is not being addressed. It's very concerning IMO.
