you do realize insiders also use over seas trading accounts in different names right? It hides them from being noticed, lot of companies scam their own investors. Im not saying the ceo is but im saying is do-able yet it happens all the time. What idiot wouldnt sell at $3, be happy with $1, it will never go to $5 again or even $3. Not saying this company is a scam but the technology industry is too
