New interview with JJ... Nov 15,2022
Interesting new development. alliance with a partner in China that helps with providing warehouse storage space for popular selling products to better manage the supply chain. Also take-over of the software tracking app (which was publicly released info recently already) that deals with the trucking Uber-like app.... more money for Tenet now, and more tidbits...

The interviewer was impressed that co. has grown NA staff to 70. I'm see it as a huge expense. Just wtf do these people do? When will they bring in some revenue? I expect the first revenues for NA will not be data sales but rather selling advertising.

The plan is not to sell ads. What ads can they sell? They want a good UX, not to turn it into a B2B version of Craigslist. The answer is they are going to have to get off their a** in China, not use it purely as a proof of concept/loss leader, and actually bring in some margins to fund the Canadian business. And do it sooner rather than later.

I think that might be more of a down the road thing than trying to do that up front. The fact that it's #4 of a 5 point list you can tell that it's a low priority revenue stream. They aren't going to start with it while they are trying to build their data base.
