The boneheads did not spin the fins correctly. Instead of simply stating they lost money they should have highlighted that China ops made money but this was offset by spending on Cubeler hiring. They have yet to provide any market research proof that data collected from Cubeler is in demand.

The whole Cubeler model for North America is farcical at best, no SME will ever be interested in their friggin data. The ONLY thing Tenet has to offer SME's, and the only thing they will EVER have to offer SME's is access to China, thats it!.  No person they replace JJ with can fix Cubeler, it's an embarrassing albatross. Save the China model and provide North American SME's

The data collected from SMEs is not for sale to SMEs. For some reason mgmt thinks this SME data will be in demand by captial market participants.
