When there is a capital raise, it's always silent as to not affect share price until the deal is done. But judging by what Penhale had said when she took over as CEO, Tenet under JJ didn't even reach the minimum levels of the raise at that time (the one at the 72 cent mark). And they had lowered it from $1.00. So yeah...... the fate of the company now rests on a "Jean Leblond" ...more
