its already bank rupted just not officially, JJ's vision blew up along with the company when he bet it all on the Nasdaq

To be fair... the Biden administration's decision to go after NASDAQ-listed companies who were making most of their revenue from China is what started the fall, remember? A couple of hundred or so NASDAQ companies were directly affected, Tenet was one of them. Bad timing of events, but it was on JJ's plate for not hitting the capital markets quickly for a raise. Good summary man, not that it makes it any better, bad timing and bad luck won the day. Hopefully there is something that can be salvaged and parlayed into a another shot at the title.
