Sheldon Kales alone...
accounts for roughly 29 million shares...plus options. He has not been selling. The CFO recently excercised some options, but he did not sell those shares. During times of low liquidity some traders become impatient and attempt to switch horses in the middle of the stream. Today's a good example.

I understand. But why are they not transparent. How did you find out the CFO exercised options? I could not find this info!

Thank you. I appreciate the help rather than the abuse from someone else. Still does not answer my question about the insiders ownership or why the total picture on insiders in not public.

Ok lets see Mr Kales owns 30million shares ( has not sold any) Mr Rahul owns 11million shares (has not sold any) rest of the board members and staff ~9 million shares Total Shares own by insiders is ~50 million. Total shares outstanding (all classes) 100 million The insider ownership is ~50% Hope this helps.

It has nothing to do with being transparent. You just don't know where to look. For f**k sakes, learn a bit about investing.
