Management has screwed shareholders once again. The only persons benefitting here are Strasser and Sonny Sports. They get their franchise back debt free + bonuses, their $740,000 investment shares bought back @ $0.02 while the stock trades as low as $0.01, along with this year's team fees paid and shareholders being denied any potential benefits of the season payouts, along with consulting fees.
All that dumped on PWR shareholders so that Ciachurski can get out of the lawsuits filed against him.
Also with the following proviso - "The transactions described herein may not close on the terms described above or at all."

Over a half a million shares is what I am currently stuck with. My expectation is the Solargram is gone and with the Padel team gone that leaves the company as a shell. Anything to screw the Solargram agreement holders. Ciachurski and gang will likely raise the share price, consolidatate the share count, non-brokered private placement and then roll a company into the shell. Number one company

Give me "something" to cheer about and I will, as I do with other stocks that may be underperforming but is not the fault of management. Due to management there are 37,000,000 million shares that need to be cycled out at $0.02. I have a small investment here and want my money back.
