For a guy that calls himself an expert,  totally clueless.  My high is .05, my low is .035 and my average is .0438. With 947000 shares. Now you can keep this info to go on and on and on in the future.  You need to really spend some time doing something else. Your hurting your own brain.

Now that you confirmed you own over a million shares, you can still get rid of 25% of them at 2.5 cents and only take a 50% LOSS on the 5 cent (cheaper) ones you own.   The rest if you hurry you can still get 2 cents a share out of and only LOSE 60%....The ones you bought at 12 cents, you can take that 85% LOSS and move on.....That's better than not selling and end up with ZERO
