How much of investor money has the BoD spent to date for the buyback program?

Whatever the price they bought it for on open market X whatever amount of shares were bought  I'm not sure how much the naked shorts milked out of that by wrecking havoc on the stock each time goes up naked shorts shorted it I think with multiple actors including CIBC has been selling a lot recently
