These most likely are maneuver tactics by Dr. Bokhari to mislead the public away from facts and delay the payments that have been awarded to FSD Pharma. The facts are as follows

 

1. Dr. Bokhari and his counsel first appointed the Arbitrator who is a former Judge of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice with a lot of experience and all parties mutually agreed
2. FSD Pharma has won multiple cases on which different judges presided. On top of that several cases have been dismissed which were brought against FSD Pharma by Dr. Bokhari and his associates. The cases were fought both in Canadian and US courts
3. FSD Pharma has been awarded, not once but on multiple occasions. Dr. Bokhari has failed to pay anything so far. The total amount accruing with interest is running approximately 3 Million dollars

They agreed on the arbitrator but did not disclose person or business relations with the arbitrator, if the allegations are true he has a very solid case. You had to admit to those things. Obviously AD would agree to a friend lol but that's illegal to not disclose. As for FSD and lawsuits you forget a 5+ million lawsuit for misleading investors that FSD admitted guilt and settled. What do you mean lying about the buildout ? The one with auxly where Thomas fairfull and auxly collaborated , we did investor tour we can see all the building equipment there , and stacks of stuff , why didn't auxly proceed with paying to create 220,000 sq fr buildout ?  so who is lying here open you brain up

I was at that tour Rosenberg with Durkacz, Saeed, and Bokari lying to our faces.  I saw the building supplies...no equipment and NO WORKERS....Durkacz said they gave them the day off for the tour...BS...it was staged with no intention of proceeding with anything.....and no further work was done....you seem to have missed that FACT pumper.

Not sure what your talking about , I went inside the grow room to see the weed growing and saw all the construction supplies for the 220,000 se ft expansion but no work was being done because auxly didn't pay into it for whatever BS reason maybe because of Thomas and auxly maybe didn't have cash what's auxlys current stock price by the way ??     how

Thank you Rosenberg for confirming that we were lied to during the tour...you should read my posts more carefully....I stated the tour groups were told there were no workers there because they gave them the day off so as to not interrupt the tour....so it seems they knew that no further construction was going to happen yet opted to lie to the investors and tell us everything was good and on track.
