Momentum

Looking at several small cap, it seems we are near capitulation, which is the best time to buy penny with value 

RFR has the best of both world with Parbec Au open pit and Surimeau a battery metal district scale discovery

Current market cap is just below 10,000,000$

RFR is @0.035¢ market price but  with 0.20¢ + value
