This has pump and dump written all over it, for 90+ cents you can buy Rubicon minerals  complete with a new state of the art mill and somewhere around half a million guaranteed ounces,

The Rubicon that pissed away almost $800 million before doing a 1 for 162 share reverse split?  The Rubicon that tried to mine without a feasibility study before finding out that maybe that wasn't such a good idea as they bled red ink?  Maybe they'll live up to their mine name, Phoenix.  Here's hoping they've learned some lessons.  Unfortunately past ...more
