Looks like I was wrong, wishful thinking. This was regurgitation of August 23 release which said the pp at 25 cents was fully allocated, which to me meant closed and done. Today it appers officially done. Not sure the difference between fully allocated and closed is lol. Now for the magic trick of closing a 75 cent financing when the stock is at 52 cents...hokus pokus!! Cmon Ryan close this one

yea I knew there was some confusion regarding this. Read it on the other boards. Just thought I'd clarify :) If he fills the 75 cent pp I will be shocked.
