This is just another slap in the face by management unless……….there is more news VERY SOON!!!!!! Pendura has told me in the past he doesn’t like to, “ put out fluff “ for releases!!!! Well this little tidbit is fluffier than a goose down quilt!! To put out that we sold black powder and not advise on through put is a potential coverup of the ramp up not going so well. Also someone was told weeks ago that they had a (3rd) possible deal brewing on Cehegin ‍‍‍ what’s up there ???? Pendura has turned into the “torcher master” I feel. He’s got all of us shareholders stretched out on the table, poking us with pins and needles for the past several months. I think he enjoys inflicting pain and he’s really good at it!!!! Why is it that every time RGX does a release I / many of us, feel less confident than we did prior ??? So much for my dream of the other day. Ladies and gentlemen ………..we are going ………..no where fast here!!!! Prove me wrong GREG!!!!!

Yep just another absolute joke of a release from Pendura, and the usual slap in the face to shareholders, par for the course with this clown show.

I disagree. Everyone has been asking for more frequent updates. Well this is exactly that and I think it's great. They could have waited until the refiner had processed this run and they had agreeed to keep shipping higher amounts, but then we'd be waiting with no news for who knows how long. This is a pivotal announcement potentially establishing another link in the chain from raw inputs

I gave you a thumbs up!!! This was material so it had to be disclosed but. Do you give someone a slice of bread ordo you give them a loaf?? If you think long and hard about it would you rather have had a shareholder update saying that , we are well on track with our through put goals ( with details) or, this at this very moment? I know what I would rather hear.(now). Then at the end of Jan tell

I would love to hear news we are on track, as they are now one week overdue on a throughput update. However as a starving investor I'd rather have my slice of bread vs nothing at all

I an not aware of a schedule for news releases related to operational updates. They provided estimated throughput increase target, but did they also commit to an update schedule? Yup, I also would love to have confirmation on a regular basis to know whether they are on schedule... but I think we're lucky if get a monthly update...
