Your previous post had specific concerns. Make the call or shut up. If you make the call perhaps you can fill us in on answers to your specific concerns. I too have huge concerns with management's forward lookng statements in the past year. However  it now seems like you are both using "forward looking statements" to your advantage...........Make the call.......

IMO you're right! ALFTanner!     IOM why should anyone try to talk to the CEO of RGX. You'll just get a spin of an answer. The R/O gets done. Then down the road the'll say something like, we need more money, (because of our incompetence) because of (XYZ). CEO will say these thing happen in new inventions.    First they never even did the one thing that

on-target, I wish I was completely wrong.  I wish everything the CEO told us was true.  I wish the factory was producing loads of platinum at a huge profit.  I wish I did not lose my hard earned money investing in this fiasco.     Maybe the rights offering will give them enough money to get over the hump and make the company profitable.  What are the odds of
