Hey guys,

I spoke to Mat, our Investor Relations guy. Great guy, and willing to talk. 
He was able to clarify and answer some lingering questions for me. 

1. Is there a buyer?
Yes, the shares have a buyer. The deal should get done soon, he is meeting the last individual in Europe today. 

2. Corporate purposes? 
- delays with Health Canada, they would prefer to stay cash positive as a safety net in case of any further delays (they don't expect them). 
- key influencers and high net worth investors
           - George has been speaking with wealthy individuals who also take an active approach                  in supporting the business. i.e. bring more awareness to RQB

3. Update on HC?
- conversations have been consistent, he didn't have specific information as he is not involved in the licensing process
- Orbital Gardens... Health Canada has no issue with these and this is not the cause of the delay

4. Strategic Purpose of Bonify
- Natural Fit, and a strategic partner
           - he told me to use my imagination, so it's possible the companies may merge eventually
