"the lack of a coordinated national strategy" I see this phrase or ones similar to it used a lot and it often drives me to ask "What is a coordinated national strategy?" Why are people not laying this out in detail, or are they - and I just have not run across it. Opponents to the task force use it a lot i.e. it is a top line of criticism for what is not being done, but again, ...more
