My Guess
The PP has been filled but not closed. Approximately 2 million share was the subscription with half a warrant. The MM's were brought in to elevate the stock up so the (insiders could sell their shares) knowing they have the shares at $1. Nice 60% gain for them.
I could be wrong but that is my theory. Hope I'm wrong and we don't retrace to the $1 range.

Well stringray88 I'd say that was a pretty good guess and makes as much sense as anything else.Boy do these sharks know how to take us minnows to the cleaners. Scrooge has nothing on them. I'll say it ends the day at $1.20

a couple of days before the news of the FDA there was heavy selling then it tanked to 4 bucks when the news hit, a day before the with drawl news from HC there was heavy selling then the news comes out and it tanked to a buck. Now we see heavy buying for no apparent reason. Ya think there are leaks with this company?

No I don't. Too many free trading shares for it to be the public selling. They wouldn't have this many shares to sell. Most are under water so they wouldn't sell for a loss.
