Let me see, because they are making so much money from the multi million dollar salaries they are getting paid they wanted to give some pocket chnge to their kids???. Lets face it the company may be in the best financial position it has been in years but the pay still sucks. So just dipping into the money to reward yourself is not the best idea at this time. On the other hand divesting yourself of some shares that you can get back as part of a company stock/option plan may be the thing to do. We have bills and I can't see what the issue is unless they actually are bringing in high six digit compensation packages..


So relax...stay long and let if fly.

long..been long...staying long...and will be long for a long time...4 cent bags coming every so often...that what happens when you buy at the bottom and hold.

The biggest cryb@bys about insiders selling Im sure would be doing the same thing or much more selling?. who cares get over it  SPMT is Hot and i dont care if they sell every share the can THEY HAVE TO EAT ALSO & they work hard

Insiders are selling them shares so that shareholders can get in at a good price. The insiders love shareholders and will do anything they can to make them money. James is an absolutely selfless guy that gives most of his money to charity and attends church three times a week. The rest of his free time is spent working at a homeless shelter feeding the homeless. Many insiders sell their shares
