The company and it's CEO has yet to publicly address the market regarding Sproutly's situation/status/future, and yet a public investor with said ties and direct access to the CEO claims to know all above everyone else. To claim to know with such confidence, and to such an extent that he is promoting the stock on said detailed information he is releasing on a messaging application that he himself controls AND he himself  claims that it is coming directly from insiders such as the CEO of the company.

It begs to question whether rules are being broken here!
