so 150,000 packs at lets say 2$ profit would be 300k USD.  I think this is just a small trial run to show proof of concept in the real market. In comparison for example there are 391 billion marlboro cigarrates sold world wide.

15,000 cartons = 150,000 packs. That's a good start for a start up company. And there is nothing to say that they aren't receiving another batch of hemp in a few weeks to stagger production within the 14 step process. This is gold.

yah but they say they can produce 2000 per minute, which means 1 million per day (8 hours) so 1 million stocks equals 100,000 packs (per day) why is this going to take 6 weeks?

  Because as they've explained there is a 14 step process to get to the final product. They don't just get the hemp and roll, the hemp goes through a set of processes to get to the final product. This is why they are saying it would be next to impossible to duplicate.

You are absolutely correct! Setti is being misleading here. When Setti says they have the capacity to produce 2000 cigs a minute you interpret it as if they are going to produce this amount right now.

Remember they are launching in two States to start and this will let them know how much they will need for the other remaining 44 States (46 States allowing Hemp Products)  150,000 packs of smokes for two States is that alot? Almost sort of not really. I emailed Taat and let them know they would require approx. 5 x this amount for launch and lead time would need to come down considerably
