News release does not say Horizon Ventures (Li Ka-shing) invested in TAAT. "The subscribers to the Placement were a group of investors including Ms. Debbie Chang, co-founder of Horizons Ventures, in her personal capacity." I am not sure I recognize the difference. Debbie Chang is a cofounder of Horizons. She likely invested in her "personal capacity" because Horizons will typically only 'venture' into mutlimillion dollar deals. Debbie feels strongly enough in TAAT that she invested her own money. Just be clear I am not against the deal. I am against people distorting the news release. Its not fair deal for the share holders who bought the shares over $4 just last week.
