CULTURE
What I am about to say might sound like I'm prejudice but I'm not. I love all people of the earth equally. But the truth is certain cultures have strengths and weaknesses among their people. It does not mean every individual has this strength or weakness but as a GROUP , strengths and weaknesses may be more apparent than a group in another country. For example, in Japan and Germany, I was always impressed that whatever time you were told of an event happening, it happened. The transit system in Tokyo was amazing. It came on time to within 10 seconds . My nephew lived in Tokyo and across the street was a large building under construction. He was told the date they will finish. Which was still about 5 months away. And they finished on that very day. In contrast, in Mexico and some other Latin countries, I was always disappointed that I could never count on something getting done or happening when they said it would happen. However I still loved my stay in Mexico for the people were exceptionally warm and kind. So whereas being reliable and punctual was not their strength, being kind and warm was. So im just wondering out loud now......the workers fixing the Uranus and the ones towing it to Turkey and all the people involved are not TRILLION employees. Is this true? So the CEO can only ask politely "when will the rig be moving?" And he could ask "are you certain...is this for sure? Can I have a detailed account of when it moves and arrived?" And whatever they tell him he reports to us. Is this true? But once it arrives in Turkey and is on a drill site...NOW it is TRILLION EMPLOYEES at work. Again is this true? Because if so, it's not CEO's fault but workers at Romania. Is the Romania culture more like Japan/Germany or more like Mexico/ ? Hope this didn't offend anyone.

Welcome to the international energy area where there are many moving parts. Delays are the norm not the exception.

WindyMayor thank you for that comment. Helps to put things into perspective. And to not get overly concerned.
