TD bought over 300 000 shares yesterday @ 33 cents.  However, I didn't see who dumped when the stock got around 37 cents.  But I know TD had a massive bid of over 400 000 shares are 34 cents that they picked up on the push back down.  Contrary to a couple of people who say it's a retail investor, I highly doubt that.  That's definitely institutional trading.

I agree, it's institutional. My belief is that as the field gets narrowed by bankruptcy and merger, the institutions are taking notice as they realize that eventually a winner will emerge and they want o be on-side.      Pressure is being applied to governments both Provincial and Federal to come down harder on the illicit trade, which has been allowed to operate with impugnity
