Or is the commissioner asking compactor review of the private placement , regardless how I see this , value is 0.10 no more in my view

There you have it...as indicated...CEO has priced the placements...This goes to show you how stupid CEO was to release that news announcement after hours last night...without securing a stated price..on the deal...Without that price on the financing, that would leave investors up-in-the-air and question how low the price could get and force a massive sell-off.
