Hey...who am I to say..Markets Are Speaking..dont have any control with the price movements within the broader markets. Only speak of the facts and results this company, and the Disgrace of this CEO...I have no respect for him and his abilities to Sail This Ship and produce any shareholder value...Just my opinion...

Also, in my opinion, I wont be surprised as we go into this deal and closes on or about Nov 24th...that the price gets REDUCED..That wouldnt surprise me as well..Seen that happen a few times..Remember this is a Marketed Financing" deal on a best efforts basis..they may only close a partial placement of that $10mm , and the full amount may not be achieved.
