They will have a hard time getting someone to promote their company unless they have an actual material change. Nobody wants to hear about them drilling for oil because there is zero guarantee when you drill an oil well. Just because other companies have found success, it does not guarantee your success.

All their promos...where TCF PAID Promotional advertisements. they will have no problem getting advertising agency/promoters here ...As long as you pay them. I think Art wants to conserve has much cash as possible..Unfortunately, TCF has really nothing more to say...The CEO story is old and stale...and only can embarrass the man at this point.
