Scott Lower president of the company

I still cant get understand why Art decided not to disclose when he hired a president Scott Lower. He is not on the website either. A brief resume about his background could be helpful. According to Brian Park, Scott and Arthur run this show together in Turkey. 

Is there anybody who knows anything about Scott Lower? I hope he is an engineer because without a COO this is what they need for the field.

I found him on this video Emerging Growth Conference https://youtu.be/FP1s-3RTQDY He presented himself as VP Business Development. He made a presentation instead of Arthur. Now we know he was with the company last not joined recently. He may became president but before he was a VP but again never announced.

Scott Lower once revealed too much about TCF's financial situation. That may have been his mistake, and he then disappeared into oblivion like Al Thorson.

Long time ago, I only remember Scott saying in one of his presentations that TCF will need money to realise projects in the future. That was back in the days when Art was always preaching about self funding and we don't need money. After that, I think he never appeared in front of the shareholders again.

Gamaray thanks, that sounds mysterious. Anyway, why do you think the shorts stopped shorting after months? Is this an agreement by the Howe Street connections around Art and his cronies?
