The issuer has borrowed $1,000,000 from Hee Jung Chun,director of THC Bio Med.
 to make this speedy transaction


Now who is the  owner of the  Clone Shipper. My question:
Did the CFO had her loan paid off>

The money was loaned to THC Biomed to purchase Clone Shipper so it should be obvious that the owner is THC Biomed. The answer to your second question should be in the financial statements. Does THC show an outstanding debt obligation of a million dollars to the CFO? I doubt it. She probably got her money back long ago, with interest - paid for by diluting the stock at the expense of the share ...more
