I doubt it's anywhere near Tinley capacity. But where Valens shines is that they do extraction and don't farm it out to others like Tinley does with Vertosa. And they have an edibles manufacturing arm in place. Maybe Tinley might do edibles some day since they're licensed for it, but I doubt it.
