Peak Bottles

Someone explain to me how they f*cked the Peak Processing bottles. That is probably in the top 10 on the list of displays of incompetence that Jeff has displayed. How do you not ask, take pictures, confirm and coordinate that the bottles you're using are compatible with the machinery? I could name at least 5 more catastrophic mistakes these idiots have committed, but this is a special kind of retarded. Maybe the bottles weren't Kosher certified.
