What’s going on?

There are so many questions but the biggest is why the debt was paid off before it needed to be.....at a big discount nonetheless.

I'm being optimistic here but I'm hoping what's going on are:

Name change to Beckett's delay (red tape)

Fulfillment warehouses are being fillled across USA. No news on distributors because inbev will be our one and only distributor.  Why they need the balance sheet to show zero dept I don't know but it's definitely worth it if your Distributor is AB.

Shreyas takes over as CEO of new company Beckett's.

larry becomes advisor

Manny starts earning his money

Ted finally retires for good

Emergent is owned partially by Beckett's if not all....hence the reserved issuance of stock increase...

And we all become filthy rich.....

Wedding or Funeral????

Time will tell

im questing of course but it would make sense.

Let's go with one question at a time. June 3rd and the sampling or whatever it was that happened with another distributor. Well nothing has been announced about how it went, if anything has come of it and we are closing in on 4 months later.  If company name change, will that be another excuse to drag things out, without any developments.  So much for being early to market with Hemp ...more

The Atlantic Beverage distributor ordeal is suspect. Not sure what happened there.  But you can't tell me that 8 full months after the first raise closed at the end of January that we have zero distribution UNLESS we are going national AND Inbev is our distributor AND we are stocking all fulfillment warehouses in anticipation of the big rollout. I think once this name change happens at ...more

AB corporate owns very few distributorships.. Unless they buy us, getting AB involved in us does not happen The majority of AB distributors are independently owned with an AB license to operate. these independents are what built the AB company by selling AB licensed products. it is not corporate

Yes I fully understand that. Thank you.

Don't you ever get tired of being wrong?  Stop spreading misinformation. . The Company is also pleased to report that other active contract discussions are underway with key regional distributors, including active final-stage discussions with a leading regional Anheuser Busch distributor in the US Midwest. what part of regional dont you understand. These are independent distributors licensed by AB to distribute in markets across the US.  I'll take the word of Emergent. 1 partner is Mike ODonnell who reported to August Busch lll (AB)  for 18 years. His job was working with all the independent distributor owners. Many states have multiple distributors by geograaphical region ...more

I completely understand, I never said anything about Ab-InBev being our national distributor, it specifically says the Midwest region..... You are the one who claimed Ab-InBev was not our distributor, trying to suggest they are independent from Ab-InBev.... You are wrong... It's okay to wrong Brian...  Ab-InBev is using one of their distributors for the Midwest region to start. After ...more
