I like the structure of the deal, lots of $ left to power other acquisitions when they make sense. Plenty of cash left from the pp's. Good move forward!

Its a masterstroke.   And glad they are bringing on founder of SR as VP.  Now with all the TRIP money and credit, aand the dream team of Linton and Shapiro (which also happens to be the name of my law firm) behind him, and markets openign up, they can seriously increase sales.

Great to see the pieces of the puzzle start to come together.  For all the doubters out there this will be a great company to hold going forward over the next few years.
