Are you saying RADARAPP is a partner in Austin GIS ?  If so that would be good for VSBY.  I recall in an interview Jay said VSBY owned 30% of the RADARAPP/VSBY partnership.  But I don't think RADARAPP is a partner in Austin GIS.
