I wonder which Sovergin Government VSBY is working with that Jay can't reveal ?  Mexico is known.  Seems U.S. has no problem in releasing info .

My point is that the announcement by PAT and the U.S. OIG contract (in just the headquarters building )resulted in a 45% jump in the PAT s/p.  A 45% jump in VSBY would be most welcome.
