Exit doors maybe locked at closing

I read the bi weekly report issued tonight July 11, says working on steps, expects to be able to file, these are not great items to read.
 
But the gem here is lower down it reads 'Until annual financial are filed, the company intends to issue bi weekly default status.
 
sounds to me last day of trading is July 12 2024 I reckon.
