Accounting is almost a science and for an investor can make it a significant challenge to weed through. I'm hoping someone can enlighten on the two main parts of this financials release. As FV stated a $7million quarter for a company only months into its life as a public company and just a little over a year old as an active entity is great. My question is on the liabilities side and the $3

Yes it is "one time" associated cost therefore not recurring . The financials are good in my opinion . The $3 million+ expense is exactly as you stated and is a cost of going public . Looking beyond the financials is the statement made by Ryu that stuck out for me and I highlighted . "We delivered a powerful start to our very first quarter as a public company with excellent revenue

Q1 numbers are good, but looks like some investors do not like it because it starting to look like a big sell off today even if I can't find other penny stock with similar numbers, on the contrary to find companies with those numbers are way higher, multiple MC of SCRN.  Let's see what happens today.
