That's a real shame Boris chose not to disclose this material information through the proper channels. I know I for one would probably want to know how much the CEO was diluting the company before I chose to invest. I have a feeling this was disclosed in the MD&A, but simpleton investors like Jjerryy and Daveblows do not know how to read those documents and rely on more pertinent ...more
