claimed "Yunify"  was an established  "biotechnology leader". But a check of the Quebec company registry showed that "Yunify" was registered ONE DAY BEFORE THE AGREEMENT.

The agreement was then signed and MMJ investor money to the tune of $600,000 (and change) traded hands and then the $600,000 was subsequently, in the Financial Statement fine print, written down to... $1.00
