Where's JJeerryy?
He's been laying pretty low ever since he found out Boris blew all the cash and paid himself obscene amounts. Maybe he got kicked off Hemingford? After his years of dedication, JJeerryy deserved better.

Maybe jer is the mystery $8K / month consultant snuck into the fine print right at the bottom of the Financial Statements ... "The Company is also committed to pay a consultant at a monthly rate of $8,000 in cash for the period from January 2021 to February 2022." Gosh, I wonder what they do for $8000 per month?

So, they hired someone , why was there not a news release saying who this was and their background ? Is it a relative ? Isnt it a little late in the game to be hiring a consultant..... or anyone for that matter....

One can only conclude that Boris intends to scavenge upon the remaining cash . We all see that there is a very limited opportunity left in which to do it . Tic...Toc...Tic...Toc...

I figured maybe Boris will try and make himself a consultant so he can get paid consulting, management and director fees separately. He just needs to come up with a few more job titles for himself. LOL
